Santa Clara Chamber of Commerce names Chris Horton New President

The Santa Clara Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors has announced Chris Horton as the new President of the Chamber. Horton comes to Santa Clara from the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce where he was the V.P. of Membership and Sales.

Prior to the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber, Horton worked in different industries where building and growing relationships with clients and business associates was the key ingredient for success.

“The Board of Directors is looking forward to working with Chris to exceed the expectations of our members, clients, stakeholders and visitors to Santa Clara”, said Paul Dines, Chair of the Santa Clara Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Pyramid Awards 2016 set for June 16th

Respecting the Past, Honoring the Present and Building for the Future is the theme for this year’s Pyramid Awards Dinner.  As the year comes to a close, we will take a look back at what has been accomplished, honor our members for their contribution and look toward the future as we move in a new direction under the leadership of recently appointed President, Chris Horton.  There will be a silent and live auction, in addition to the installation of officers and directors.  The evening will close out with
