Dr. Stefanie Yuen Ochs (Yoo-en Oaks) grew up in San Jose, California, and earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward in September, 2007. After practicing in San Jose and Santa Clara since 2007, Dr. Stefanie launched Body In Motion Chiropractic in Santa Clara in June, 2012. Dr. Stefanie specializes in the Activator technique, a very gentle technique that is an effective treatment for people of all ages. Activator has been very well received even by people who do not like traditional chiropractic adjustments, but who recognize the great benefits of investing in their health through chiropractic. In addition to chiropractic, she focuses on exercises, education and ergonomics to help her patients reach their goals.

At Body In Motion Chiropractic, the first step along the path to health is to listen compassionately. Are you a weekend warrior looking for help with a sprained ankle? Do you sit at your desk all week and have chronic neck pain? Are you an avid golfer wanting to increase your range of motion? Dr. Stefanie wants to fully understand where you are coming from and where you want to go. She will answer all of your questions and explain everything in advance. She takes pride in offering affordable, gentle, quality chiropractic care. Whether it be for pain relief or corrective care, she can guide you through the steps to reach your greatest potential. Ultimately, you decide if chiropractic is right for you and how you would like to incorporate it into your life. Call today for a complimentary consult and exam! 408-761-6364
